About Twespians Events

The staple Twespians events are bi-monthly networking social evenings around central London. Starting in February 2010 at the Theodore Bullfrog, the original aim was to bring people who talk about theatre online, offline in a friendly environment. In 2010, we maintained the formula across the year, moving to the Old Red Cow, and seeing our member base grow with every event (at last count there are about 300 members).

In 2011 we went back to the Theodore Bullfrog to kick things off, but have aims to take it beyond the Twitter community. What we want is to bring people who work in the theatre industry, as well as those who live it through writing, performing, or just venting an opinion in any forum, place them in a room and get the industry more connected. Hopefully this will help push the theatre, dance and arts industries forward with new ideas, innovations and collaborations.

If you are wondering whether you fit the mold (and you probably do), here are a few job titles of people who have come along in the past in no particular order:
